Job summary

Your Practice Mastered is hiring a Client Experience Representative to ensure every client feels supported across departments. This fully remote, full-time role focuses on ticket handling, routing, and proactive client care, with quarterly travel to live events.

You will serve Partners Club members, Intake Room clients, and other divisions, maintaining warmth and clear communication throughout the client journey.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to juggle multiple divisions and client types.
• Comfortable in a CRM and payment platform.
• Experience in customer care or client-facing service role.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound tickets and requests from Partners Club members with quick, complete resolutions.
• Route inquiries to the right team (Staffing Room, Closing Room, Intake Room).
• Reach out to collect on lapsed plans or failed payments with warmth, not pressure.
• Call current and past clients about mastermind events to close a loop, not chase quotas.
• Travel quarterly to live events and work on-site during those events.
• Support the sales team with warm outreach to newly scheduled appointments.
• Assist marketing with lead management as needed.
