InformData is seeking a Client Experience Partner to deliver timely, accurate support for our Core and ISA clients. You will handle high-volume inquiries and partner with internal teams to uphold data integrity and service reliability.

The role emphasizes customer focus, attention to detail, and strong communication. Remote-based work from the Kennesaw, GA area with occasional overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Resolve inquiries and provide accurate information to ensure a positive client experience.
• Monitor Core/ISA ticket queue and meet SLAs with documented workflows.
• Document client interactions and updates in systems of record for data integrity.
• Coordinate with Operations and internal teams to fulfill client requests and follow up as needed.
• Provide timely updates on order status, turnaround times, and service-related inquiries.
