No Sweat Services is seeking a self-motivated Travel & Guest Operations Lead who thrives in a 100% remote environment and owns client outcomes from start to finish. The role requires US residency and independent work without sponsorship.

You will lead end-to-end travel coordination, negotiate with partners, and manage disruptions with decisive, professional communication. This position offers remote autonomy and direct collaboration with founders.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated autonomy with accountability for projects or operations.
• Strong leadership and proactive decision-making abilities.
• High digital literacy across cloud CRMs, booking software, email systems and office suites.
• Must be at least 18 with a HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Account Ownership: manage client travel specifications, itineraries, and CRM records.
• Proactive partner negotiations with resort managers, transport leads, and venue directors.
• Autonomous crisis and schedule management to re-route plans as needed.
• Quality Assurance: review booking details for 100% accuracy and suggest workflow improvements.
• Operational Leadership: set benchmarks for speed, precision, and client care across guest touchpoints.
