Job summary

Ledgebrook is seeking a Client Experience Manager to join our growing team focused on best-in-class service for our largest accounts and key stakeholders. You will interact with top wholesale brokerages nationwide, ensuring overall client satisfaction and partnering with claims, renewal, and service teams.

You should bring leadership, collaboration, and a startup mindset to drive account strategies, solve complex problems, and represent the brand in-person and virtually, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of distribution insurance experience with a carrier or MGA
• Proven track record of territory growth and account expansion
• Existing wholesale relationships within your territory, preferably in southeastern, central, or northeastern regions
• Ability to travel, including overnight, up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Drive client satisfaction and retention across top wholesale brokerages
• Cultivate high-impact relationships across your territory
• Collaborate with claims, renewal, and service teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end client solutions
• Develop targeted account strategies to optimize performance
• Solve complex problems and communicate persuasively to resolve client challenges quickly
• Represent the brand in-person and virtually with regular broker engagement and up to 50% overnight travel
• Champion startup innovation in the Client Experience function
