Market My Market is seeking a Client Experience Manager to oversee a portfolio of law, medical, and dental clients. You will drive account strategy, upsell services, and manage renewals while collaborating with CSAs and reporting to the Director of Client Experience.

You will analyze GBP performance and local SEO trends, deliver insights, and guide campaigns to maximize client value across diverse local markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a portfolio of SEO clients at a digital marketing agency.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving client retention.
• Experience with organic SEO strategy development and execution.
• Strong understanding of Google Business Profile optimization and local search marketing.
• Experience analyzing SEO performance data and communicating insights to clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized account strategies for client goals.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and secure renewals.
• Act as primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Attend client events and industry conferences to strengthen partnerships.
• Oversee a portfolio of 30-40 clients and coordinate marketing activities.
• Collaborate with CSAs to deliver content, reports, and project management.
• Track and report on client performance metrics and outcomes.
• Resolve client challenges by coordinating with internal teams.
• Provide strategic consultation based on client needs and market trends.
• Create thoughtful client experiences and gifting to show care.
