Affinity Consulting Group is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to ensure clients feel heard, informed, and supported from first contact through ongoing relationship management.

You’ll be the familiar, trusted contact for clients, coordinating introductions, handoffs, and follow-ups while keeping commitments on track. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional client journey across Sales, Strategy, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in client success, account management, project coordination, or service operations.
• Experience with client onboarding is a plus.
• Curiosity, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn matter just as much.

Responsabilités

• Welcome new clients and coordinate introductions, kickoffs, and smooth handoffs between Sales, Strategy, and delivery teams.
• Build relationships with recurring clients through thoughtful, proactive check-ins.
• Make sure clients know what's happening, what comes next, and who to contact when they need help.
• Listen to feedback, follow up on concerns, and help the right people take action.
• Keep client information, handoff details, and next steps accurate in our systems.
• Monitor project coordination alerts and resolve or elevate anything that needs attention.
• Spot opportunities to celebrate client successes, strengthen relationships, and improve the client journey.
