Affinity Consulting Group is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator who thrives on building trusted client relationships, coordinating introductions, handoffs, and follow-ups so nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll be the familiar, trusted contact for clients, listening to feedback, keeping commitments, and guiding teams to improve every touchpoint in the client journey.

This fully remote role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional travel for meetings; benefits include health

Qualifications

• Experience in client success, account management, project coordination or service operations is helpful.
• Experience with client onboarding, HubSpot, or automated workflows is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new clients and coordinate introductions, kickoffs, and smooth handoffs between Sales, Strategy, and delivery teams.
• Build relationships with recurring clients through proactive check-ins.
• Ensure clients know what's happening, what comes next, and who to contact for help.
• Listen to feedback, follow up on concerns, and escalate when needed.
• Keep client information, handoff details, and next steps accurate in systems.
• Monitor coordination alerts and resolve or elevate issues as needed.
• Spot opportunities to celebrate client successes and improve the journey.
