FMG Suite is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to be the frontline for client support across phone, live chat, and email. This remote, individual-contributor role reports to a Team Lead and emphasizes proactive communication, ownership, and a service-minded approach to wealth management or protection audiences.

You’ll coordinate requests, partner with internal teams, and help deliver a seamless client experience while embracing AI-enhanced workflows and async collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role such as account management or support.
• Familiarity with CRM and productivity tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment with strong async communication.
• Experience in SaaS, financial services, or marketing tech is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented with strong follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for clients and maintain a proactive, client-focused service mindset.
• Handle inbound requests via phone, live chat, and email; set expectations and follow through.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill complex requests accurately and timely.
