You will join a process-driven role with coaching support and a clear path into leadership for high performers who deliver results.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable talking to clients on camera.
• Able to work remotely with coaching.
• Proven ability to convert warm inquiries into enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Take requested conversations from warm leads rather than cold lists.
• Explain benefit options clearly and succinctly.
• Help clients enroll when it is a fit to do so.
• Maintain a clean follow-up rhythm to nurture opportunities.
