Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Life and Health insurance license or plans to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollment and billing lifecycle for international students and school advisers, including invoicing and premium collection.
• Coordinate enrollment data, eligibility determinations, and documentation to ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Provide timely, accurate client support and solutions to enrollment and billing requests to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and deliver WOW! service to clients.
