Job summary

Lewer Companies, Overland Park, KS, is seeking a Client Advocacy Enrollment Coordinator to manage enrollment, invoicing, and premium collection for international students and school partners. You will deliver WOW! service, build client relationships, and ensure accurate enrollment data.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, strong communication, analytical skills, and experience with Excel and billing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You have earned a bachelor's degree from an accredited university and bring strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• You have experience with billing, education, or a related field and strong attention to detail with intermediate Excel capability.
• You hold a Life and Health insurance license or will obtain one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• You manage enrollment activity across the coverage lifecycle, including new enrollments, eligibility reviews, additions, terminations, and refunds.
• You coordinate enrollment data and documentation, ensuring compliance with plan requirements and client guidelines.
• You administer invoicing, premium collection, refunds, and payment processes for client programs.
