Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking a project manager to oversee cross-channel delivery, manage roadmaps, onboarding, and admin tasks. You will drive accountability across teams and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely project completion.

This remote US role requires 3–4 years of PM experience and proficiency with Jira, Wrike, Asana, and Monday.com. We offer competitive pay and RevShare incentives alongside comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital agency.
• Proficient with Jira, Wrike, Asana, and Monday.com; strong productivity tool usage.
• Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong verbal and written communication across stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ways of working via task management software and productivity tools.
• Partner on process development with Client delivery teams and Clients; own roadmaps and schedules.
• Handle administrative tasks: scheduling, notes, vendor coordination, onboarding.
• Create cross-functional decks and assist with presentations as needed.
