This remote role focuses on client communication, CRM administration, and support services, while strictly avoiding investment advice or handling funds. You will ensure compliance and protect client data within defined guidelines.

Qualifications

• Adhere to operational, security, and compliance guidelines, including initial training and identity checks.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Concierge Support: conduct scheduled client calls, review portfolio context, assist with platform navigation while complying with limits.
• Queue & SLA Management: prioritize unread client threads, maintain SLA compliance, and perform proactive outreach.
• CRM Administration: keep client notes accurate and complete in the system; avoid unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: identify red flags or incidents and escalate per company rules.
