• Queue and SLA management: prioritize unread client threads, ensure SLA compliance, and conduct proactive outreach to clients.
• CRM administration: maintain accurate client notes within the system without copying unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation and compliance: identify red flags and escalate promptly when needed.
