You will meet with individuals and families through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, answer questions about available benefits, identify coverage needs, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing client service.

This fully remote role combines customer service, relationship management, benefits education, and consultative sales in a flexible, work-from-home environment.

Qualifications
