Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to obtain required state licensing, if applicable.
• Own a reliable internet connection and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam.
• Experience in customer service or consultative roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs.
• Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions.
• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
• Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism.
• Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication.
