The role emphasizes strong verbal and written communication, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling to enhance client outcomes while maintaining compliance and accuracy in reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools; Salesforce preferred.
• Willing to obtain a Life Producer license within two weeks of joining.
• Strong eye for account health and growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities
