AO | Globe Life is seeking Global Remote Client Advisors to join a 100% remote team serving U.S. residents. In this role you’ll connect with clients who requested information about benefits, guide them through enrollment, and build lasting relationships through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include: Be at least 18 years old, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and be physically located in the United States.
• Have access to a reliable computer/laptop and high-speed internet.
• Webcam and microphone capability; comfortable with Zoom and phone communications.
• Willing to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients via scheduled Zoom and phone appointments to discuss benefits and enrollment.
• Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options and guide enrollment.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and relationship management in a fully remote setup.
