Job summary

Join Moxie as a Traffic Manager to become the nerve center of Marketing Services’ ClickUp queue. You will prevent blocked tasks from causing delays, gather necessary information, and give leadership real-time visibility into campaign status.

You will build dashboards and establish processes that become the team’s default source of truth, helping scale marketing work while reducing ad hoc status checks and bottlenecks across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-team marketing operations and traffic flow.
• Ability to define and monitor SLAs and improve task turnaround times.
• Ability to create and iterate dashboards used by marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own daily traffic management and triage the ClickUp queue within SLA.
• Build a ClickUp dashboard showing task status, blockers, and overdue work.
• Chase missing information from onboarding managers and team members to unblock tasks.
