You will study policies, endorsements, and forms, learn claim handling procedures, and develop negotiation skills while pursuing required licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or direct equivalent experience with property/casualty claims handling.
• Ability to organize data, multi-task and make decisions independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to drive and maintain a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle entry-level insurance claims.
• Study insurance policies, endorsements and forms to build foundational knowledge.
• Learn and comply with company claim handling procedures.
• Develop entry-level claim negotiation and settlement skills.
