Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-7 Claims Processors and Senior Claims Processors, providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Oversee daily claims processing tasks with timely, accurate handling of member claims.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated issues with members and providers.
• Coaching and training for new and junior staff to improve performance.
• Monitor KPIs, track department performance, and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with departments to enhance the claims processing experience for members.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation or system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain accurate member records in CRM.
