Centene is seeking a claims supervisor to oversee and support claims inventory management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

In this role, you will prioritize work through reporting and load balancing, serve as the escalation point for complex claims, and help investigate and resolve pending items. A Associate degree and 2+ years in health insurance/claims processing with supervisory experience are required.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years in health insurance, claims processing, or related office services.
• Previous supervisory/lead experience with defined outcomes required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and support claims inventory management to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Prioritize work volumes through reporting, load balancing, and managing operational overtime costs.
• Serve as point of escalation for complex claims and assist in investigating and resolving pending claims.
