Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3 years of experience in claims leadership role.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and CPT/IPRS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee claims data entry, payments, credits, and adjustments.
• Train and develop Claims Research Analyst team members.
• Audit claims for performance and accuracy; manage productivity metrics.
• Provide guidance on training and technical assistance to provider agencies.
• Ensure timely and accurate claims adjudication and provider payments.
