Formación

• 2 years experience in a claims environment.
• 1 year experience leading or supervising others.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day activities of claims processing units.
• Coordinate backlog distribution and overtime work.
• Monitor inventories to ensure staffing and resources.
• Act as SME for benefit plans, claims processing issues, and product transitions.
• Research quality issues and respond to error assessments.
• Recommend process improvements to increase accuracy and timeliness.
