Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum five (5) years of proven experience in health insurance claims operations with progressive responsibility.
• Leadership experience managing supervisors and multiple operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day leadership and administration of claims department operations.
• Monitor performance metrics including payment accuracy, quality, productivity, and service levels; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Train, coach, and develop staff; manage hiring, promotions, and succession planning.
