The position requires PI licensure (or eligibility), strong writing and communication skills, independence, and knowledge of insurance law and fraud.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Private Investigator.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations related to insurance and insurance fraud.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to meet deadlines and handle rush files.

Responsibilities

• Produce a client-ready report.
• Submit daily status updates through the management system.
• Update clients verbally per instructions.
• Review case files daily for new information/due dates.
• Conduct thorough interviews, follow tasks, research records, and prepare clear reports within 24 hours of assignment completion.
• Manage expenses and submit timely.
• Daily communication with Case Manager.
• Monitor emails and voicemails and respond promptly.
