Job summary

Cardinal Health in Denver is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Audit Lead to oversee the audit team and ensure timely responses to audit requests. You will develop audit processes, focus on quality assurance and compliance with federal and state regulations, and coordinate with payors and CMS as needed.

The role requires 4-8 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and leadership or supervisory skills. You will review clinical documentation, determine correct payments, and prepare reports

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Urology or wound care product knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Audit team and respond to audit requests in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement audit processes to support compliance initiatives.
• Lead review of clinical documentation for accuracy and compile response packets.
• Provide monthly feedback on audit findings and recoupment inquiries.
• Monitor audits and gather documentation from insurers for accuracy and approval.
• Ensure audits meet legal requirements and company policies.
