Job summary

Momentous Insurance, A Marsh McLennan Agency, seeks a Claims Analyst in Complex Claims to develop and maintain client relationships and advocate on claims related issues. This exempt role reports to the Complex Claims Manager and focuses on timely closure and accurate coverage positions.

Essential duties include managing claims events, providing updates to service teams, and collaborating with carriers and clients to resolve complex claims.

Qualifications

• Successful candidate will be service-oriented with high personal standards and a hands-on work style.
• Bachelor’s Degree or advanced paralegal certificate is highly desired.
• Experience in claims management or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective claims management and status updates for ongoing claims.
• Review and summarize coverage positions and provide analysis to clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to provide advocacy and support.
• Establish and develop client and company relationships for effective claims handling.
