Job summary

First American’s Home Warranty division is seeking a Claims Advocate to resolve highly complex claims and manage escalated inquiries. You will review documentation, coordinate with teams, and explain claim options to customers and contractors, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset to handle challenging scenarios. Remote work is available with base pay in a competitive range.
