The schedule is 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, Eastern Time, with rotating evening and Saturday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus two years of claims handling or customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.
• Able to obtain required licenses within 45 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and adjudicates claims within designated authority, ensuring compliance with statutory laws.
• Establishes contact with all parties involved in the claim and communicates effectively.
• Evaluates and negotiates claims, initiates payments, and supports subrogation opportunities.
• Responds to inquiries from policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders.
• Learns state liability and no-fault laws to stay current with policy changes.
