Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Houston, TX, seeks an experienced civil litigation attorney to manage a docket focused on real estate, business, and construction disputes. This is a hands-on, hourly-billed role with upfront retainers and daily time-tracking.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of civil litigation experience, a JD from an accredited law school, and strong writing and advocacy skills. On-site work is required with a path toward partnership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Strong legal writing and advocacy skills, including motion practice.
• Comfort with hourly billing model and upfront retainers.
• Ability to work on-site in the Houston area.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters involving real estate, business, and construction disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, including dispositive motions.
• Develop and execute discovery strategy, including written discovery, document review, and depositions.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Advise clients on strategy, risk, and practical resolution options with clear communication.
• Record time and support billing in hourly model with upfront retainers.
