• Coordinate with internal and external teams to obtain required information.
• Pursue missing details and pursue investigative leads.
• Develop knowledge of unauthorized access and account takeover issues.
• Conduct independent research and present organized, evidence-based conclusions to counsel.
• Take ownership of cases while maintaining relationships with colleagues.
