Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school and Connecticut Bar admission.
• 3–8 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.
• Strong research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills.
• Clerkship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage own civil litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate with clients and colleagues to develop litigation strategies.
