• Active license to practice law in South Dakota required; Colorado or Montana license preferred.
• 6+ years of Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, and/or Transportation Litigation experience.
• Strong work ethic and ability to independently manage case files.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.
• Interest in marketing and client development; ability to travel; trial experience.
