Job summary

Cross Engineering Services LLC (CES) is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead quality control and design delivery for residential and commercial site projects. The role combines client coordination, design oversight, and construction support across our Columbia, SC and Greenville offices, with possible remote options.

The successful candidate will have a PE or EIT path, 6–15 years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.
• PE license preferred; EIT with PE in path considered.
• 6–15 years of relevant site design experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration and project-management skills.
• Working knowledge of local, state and federal regulations, especially SC and surrounding states.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare civil engineering plans, specifications and supporting documents.
• Perform site-development design including grading, drainage and utilities.
• Manage projects from concept through construction support.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and regulators.
• Review work for quality, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
