Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PE preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience with stormwater, hydrology, environmental Eng, site development, Civil 3D.
• Proven leadership in managing engineering teams.
• Strong skills in design/visualization software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of civil engineers and technicians on diverse projects.
• Oversee development and implementation of plans, specs, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Apply stormwater, hydrology, and environmental engineering expertise to problem-solve.
• Ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with specs.
• Provide guidance and foster continuous learning within the team.
