Job summary

Millennium Planning & Engineering seeks an experienced Civil Engineer focused on land development to design, plan, and manage civil engineering aspects of site development. Work ranges from individual site plans to master-planned communities, with hybrid or remote options for qualified candidates.

Ideal candidates have a PE license (AZ/CA/NV preferred) and 3–5+ years in land development, with strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills and excellent communication to collaborate with teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license in AZ, CA, or NV strongly preferred.
• 3–5+ years of civil site development experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related tools.
• Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction documents and site plans for development.
• Perform storm water design, LID, and SWPPP analyses.
• Model water/sewer flows and prepare engineer’s estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, subconsultants, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Support project management and delivery.
