Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Director, Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) to lead growth, performance, and provider transformation under value-based models. You’ll oversee network growth, data analytics, and clinical care pathways across a national CIN/ACO framework while supporting facilities remotely.

The role requires 7–10 years in healthcare leadership, bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Leadership in CIN/ACO settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CIN/ACO operations including growth.
• Build physician relationships to improve quality and cost.
• Direct day-to-day CIN/ACO clinical programs and performance.
• Lead CIN value-based reimbursement program launches.
• Develop metrics for quality, performance, and finances.
• Improve contracts' clinical and financial performance with payers.
• Cultivate 3rd party payer relationships for growth.
• Monitor CIN industry standards and trends.
• Prepare materials and lead CIN/ACO committee meetings.
• Expand physician and hospital partnerships to increase impact.
