Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7-10 years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Leadership in CIN/ACO preferred; strong contracting knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee CIN/ACO operations, growth and expansion.
• Build physician relationships to improve quality and cost outcomes.
• Direct day-to-day clinical programs and performance improvement.
• Launch and implement CIN value-based reimbursement programs.
• Track quality, professional practice and financial metrics.
