Job summary

Catholic Leadership Institute in the United States seeks Leadership Consultants to accompany clergy, religious, and lay Church leaders using CLI's methods of consulting, coaching, training, and mentoring, in-person and virtually, to build confidence and competence in ministry.

This role requires 10–30 hours per week, weekday availability, and travel two to three times per month, up to ten days total, with occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Practicing Catholic with a deep love of the Roman Catholic Church.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 3–5 years of experience in business, psychology, theology, or nonprofit leadership.
• 3–5 years of staff or key volunteer leadership in a Catholic parish or diocese.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and deliver CLI's formation and consulting services to strengthen clergy, religious, and lay leaders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Deliver soft skills and leadership training to adult learners using diverse instructional formats.
• Participate in CLI development opportunities to grow knowledge and skills.
