Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or comparable field from an accredited program.

• Experience delivering individual, group, and family therapy preferred.
• Ability to use standard office software and EHR systems for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to youth and families.
• Complete diagnostic assessments and develop service plans.
• Coordinate and monitor community-based services and case management.
• Maintain timely documentation and meet productivity thresholds.
• Travel daily to deliver services to youth and families in the community.
