Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health promotion/education is required.
• Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in health education.

Responsibilities

• Consult expectant parents and families about pregnancy and childbirth.
• Develop education programs with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Oversee patient education materials and resources.
• Design and deliver classes for patients, families, and staff.
• Coordinate resources to support education needs.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and improve outcomes.
• Partner with OB/clinical teams to align education with care goals.
• Attend monthly meetings and onboarding sessions; travel in Indiana as needed.
