Qualifications

• 3-5 years of NICU clinical experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Ability to travel within Indiana if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct unit-based, elbow-to-elbow education and support to NICU nurses.
• Coach, mentor, and develop nurses through real-time clinical guidance.
• Assess learning needs and collaborate to develop professional development plans.
• Design and evaluate educational programs using adult learning strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence.
• Support onboarding, orientation, competency validation, and staff development initiatives.
• Facilitate experiences that enhance clinical judgment, safety, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify educational opportunities.
• Serve as a clinical resource for integrating new evidence and workflows.
• Monitor and evaluate educational outcomes to drive improvement.
