This independent contractor role focuses on grading workflow correctness, policy adherence, tone, and stakeholder fit, while flagging operational risks and capturing the right next steps for model training. You will work asynchronously for at least 10 hours per week, applying multi-page rubrics to real teams and ensuring documentation aligns with firm guidance.

Formación

• Direct working experience in child youth abuse trauma specialist operations on real teams for Child & Youth Abuse Trauma Specialist work.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the policy or workflow being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI outputs against current child youth abuse trauma specialist operations workflows, playbooks, and firm policy for Child & Youth Abuse Trauma Specialist assignments.
• Grade tone, escalation logic, and stakeholder fit on a structured rubric.
