Job summary

Indiana Department of Child Services is seeking a Supervisor for Assessment, Support, Collaboration, and Coaching / Utilization Support Services. This remote role provides consultation to Family Case Managers statewide, ensuring compliance with statutes and agency standards while monitoring service quality and safety.

Travel throughout Indiana is required, and the position reports to ASCC Division Manager and Director.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of human services or relevant experience in child protection, foster care, or family preservation services.
• 1+ year of leadership, managerial, or supervisory experience applying social work and casework principles.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal child protection laws, regulations, guidelines, and foster care/adoption standards.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in crisis situations and manage workflow of supervisory and professional staff.
• Valid driver's license, reliable automobile, and appropriate auto insurance required; subject to pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing.
