Qualifications

• Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead program operations across Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson Counties to ensure compliant, effective service delivery.
• Promote equity and inclusion within a diverse, culturally responsive workplace.
• Develop workforce capacity through training, performance management, and professional development.
