Job summary

Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency is seeking an Early Learning Manager in Oregon to supervise multi-disciplinary teams and drive continuous improvement aligned with Oregon Early Learning priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or Oregon Registry Step 10.
• Ability to obtain Master Trainer Status in ORO within 6 months.
• Five+ years of early childhood experience.
• Two+ years in a lead/supervisory role with reflective supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for assigned teams and staff.
• Develop workflows that are culturally and linguistically accessible.
• Ensure grant/contract compliance and reporting alignment.
• Coordinate educator recruitment/retention strategies.
• Drive data-informed continuous improvement and professional learning.
• Build and steward partnerships with early learning programs and districts.
• Supervise approximately 8–15 employees and support performance growth.
