Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs quality reviews on new intakes from the Child Abuse Hotline.
• Ensures caseloads are equitably assigned and completed daily.
• Coordinates with CPS, SIU, RL, Custodial units to determine case actions.
• Contacts collateral contacts to obtain intake information and assist with requests.
• Maintains regional data tracking and provides periodic equity updates.
