Responsibilities

Supervise DCS Intake Specialists to ensure accurate, timely handling of referrals.
Provide real-time consultation on high-risk cases.
Coach staff on interview techniques and intake protocols.
Review referrals to determine screening status including critical cases.
Monitor hotline performance and staff workloads.
Conduct NCIC background checks and coordinate with after-hours staff.
