• Implements safety plans to address identified risks.
• Conducts diligent search efforts to locate the child/family when contact is unavailable.
• Collaborates with families to develop and implement Family Functioning, Action Plan, and Family Plan.
• Maintains visits with children and families to ensure safety, permanency, and well-being.
